Full-time position- Bundaberg location, Base + Super + Salary packaging up to $15,900, Join a supportive, highly skilled and multidisciplinary team.The Base Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of RFDS Bundaberg Base through the coordination of administrative, financial and operational resources.
The Base Services Coordinator supports the Manager- Clinical Base and Operations and Senior Base Pilot in their overall leadership of RFDS Bundaberg Base and provides direct leadership to Administration staff.
Located in Bundaberg the Base Services Coordinator is a full-time position with an expected start date in May 2021 on a maximum term contract until March 2022. Key responsibilities
Leadership and management of all Base administration functions
Accurate, timely and confidential patient record management
Manage and maintain assets and facilities
Manage administration budget
Coordinate Base related financial duties (invoicing, receipting and reconciliation)
Support engagement and promote the RFDS in marketing and fundraising activities
Support and coordinate quality, risk and compliance improvements and protocols
Manage supplier contracts including WH & S requirements
Prepare regular reports as required
Who we are looking for
Business Administration qualification (Desirable)
First Aid Certification
Experience in a lead Administration or Medical Reception role
Highly competent in working autonomously
Strong customer service experience
High attention to detail
Accounting experience and/or working with budgets
Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety regulations
Experience with Patient Records Management (or CRM)
