An excellent opportunity has risen for a Junior Receptionist to work with a Property Group based in the Sydney CBD with preferably 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
Setting up meeting rooms and registering visitors
Managing company cars and meeting room booking allocations
General housekeeping, inventory and invoicing
Answering all incoming calls, collecting mails and directing them to the correct team member
In-house event coordination
Other adhoc administrative duties as required, to support the Operations Manager
As the successful candidate you will be extremely well presented, have fantastic communication abilities with English as a native language. A willingness to develop a long term career within organisation & an interest in real estate. Good IT & computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are also vital, as well as the ability to pick up on new systems quickly and efficiently. You will have a happy disposition with a ''can do'' attitude & the willingness to help others in the team.
