Experienced Farmhands/Supervisors

Large family owned farm located 1 hour west of Goondiwindi is looking for permanent supervisors and farmhands to work within the Cotton farming side of the business.  The roles will encompass all aspects of cotton farming, from machinery operation to irrigation.

Duties include, but are not limited to :-

• working closely with farm management to achieve daily tasks
• machinery operation - row cropping and broadacre
• maintenance
• irrigation
• general farm duties

The successful applicants will need experience in the following areas :-

• operating GPS guided wheel and track machines
• machinery maintenance
• general farm duties
• irrigation using surface and overhead irrigation systems

A current drivers license, the ability to pay attention to detail and comply with the farm WHS policy whilst working as part of a team or unsupervised is essential.

Salary/wages will be based on experience and be compliant with the Pastoral Award. On farm accommodation and a work vehicle will be supplied to the successful applicants.
