They are seeking an experienced civil and landscape estimator, who will be responsible for the drawing up of assessments across a wide range of projects, taking into account all costs and pertinent information to meet the clients needs as well as considering all parties and requirements. Reporting to and working alongside the General Manager and Director, your duties will involve managing a portfolio of sites, working on a diverse range of projects from high end residential to high-rise city centre commercial projects. Our client is looking for a knowledgeable, well presented and diligent applicant to immediately join their team.

You will be responsible for:
Assist and work with Managing Director, General Manager and Project Manager
Search, monitor and maintain tenders and tender requests
Review and analyse technical drawings, scopes and specifications for projects
Undertaking plan take-offs, BOQs and project costs
Supplier/procurement pricing and management
Monitoring market pricing to ensure suppliers and subcontractors prices remain competitive
Liaise with clients and management of expectations
Prepare detailed tender submissions
Internal and external stakeholder management
Statistical reporting and tracking
The candidate must fulfil the following prerequisites to be able to apply for this position:
Must have industry knowledge and experience (Construction, Civil and Landscaping Estimators experience). Minimum 2 years full-time experience
Civil engineering degree or related tertiary education and qualification
Familiar with Construction / Civil & Landscape industry standards and methodologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have proficient written and computing skills
Current White Card NSW
