We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our S Connect Team based out of our Sydney Head Office.
This is permanent part-time role working 30 hours per week with flexibility on days worked.
This role will be responsible for the delivery of transactional activities associated accounts receivable/payable, and banking services for Stocklands SConnect business unit.
Download & Check Bank Statements daily for any deposits made by our Brand Alliance Tenants.
Accurate receipting and reconciliation for all payments in a timely manner.
Apply/offset unallocated cash correctly within the tenant account.
Track progress & maintain log of receipting/reconciliation.
Manage the payments Inbox (check remittances received, respond to queries).
Chase clients/send reminders for all outstanding debt
Generate & send weekly debtor report
Respond to all account queries in a timely matter.
Provide business unit revenue, performance and forecasting reporting (SAP & Power BI), including ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge and experience; and seeking to learn from team members.
Undertake or participate in ad hoc projects as required
What are we looking for
Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable/receivable and administration
Proficient in SAP, Power BI and Microsoft products, inducing excel.
Accurate financial management governance and reporting.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Sound numerical and problem solving skills.
Proven administration and office based skills.
Intermediate in Internal Control & Risk Management and Compliance processes.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to recognize both customer and business views.
