What are the key responsibilities
Carrying out the design of hydraulic and fire protection services including sanitary, hot and cold water, hydrants, hosereels and sprinklers
Production of technical reports and documentation
Site inspections and inspections, including technical due diligence and sustainability assessments
Attending client and design coordination meetings
Mentorship of junior engineers and guidance of drafting/BIM resources
What are the key skills required
4+ years’ experience in the design of hydraulic and fire protection building services, with a minimum of 3 years local
A relevant qualification
Specific project experience in new buildings and existing projects across sectors such as commercial real estate, mission critical and industrial
Client facing aptitude and the ability to manage own projects with autonomy.
