This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Field Service Management Team (FSM). You will work within the FSM team to ensure effective scheduling of client care requests and rostering Direct Care Workers using the Family Based Care electronic field service management system.
The roles are demanding and require the successful candidates to have excellent IT skills, high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. You will also have the ability to display understanding, empathy and have the capacity to work harmoniously within a busy team environment.
