We are currently seeking a Senior HSEQ Advisor to work in our growing Geraldton team.

Key Responsibilities include:
Build and promote a strong and compliant health and safety culture
Develop, drive and facilitate the consistent improvement strategies
Develop, review and implement HSEQ plans, risk management plans, policies, procedures and processes as required ensuring legislative compliance
Coach and provide advice to management, supervisors and employees on matters relating to the interpretation of OSH Safety Act, legislation, regulations, policies, plans and procedures
Min Diploma in Work Health & Safety
Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor
Lead Auditor Certification - Desirable
Skills and Experience:
2-5 years experience in a Health Safety Environment Quality Advisor role within Civil Construction industry
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations and acts
Demonstrated working knowledge of HSEQ certification standards
Lead Auditor experience (desirable)
Advanced computer skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports
Experience using a HSEQ management system
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Accreditation
Understanding and Experience in the requirements for Accreditation against Australian standards ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
