Nation-wide we are a friendly and conscientious professional team of 100+ staff. Our Melbourne branch is now looking for a Transport Operations team member to join them due to a transfer/promotion!

About the role

Critical to Your new role are the following:

• demonstrated experience in coordinating import deliveries in compliance with SOPs;
• arranging cartage both FCL, LCL and Airfreight;
• managing transport providers so they meet deadlines;
• handling high volume of emails and cargo movements;
• focusing on high customer satisfaction and care factor;
• employing strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• providing superior communication to clients via phone, email and order tracking;
• enjoying working within a process-driven environment;
• working with Excel spread sheets for reporting purposes;
• using analytical and problem solving skills;
• being willing to cross-train;
• possessing proven experience of AQIS import processes (essential);
• working within the CW1 software environment (essential);
• reporting movements to Australian Border Watch;
• assisting team members as required.
