Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on sales development and account management within our priority (HORECA) channel.
Were seeking a candidate with skills, capabilities and knowledge in the coffee industry (or similar). The right candidate will have highly developed communication and negotiation skills, advanced selling skills, and a proven track record to demonstrate their sales success.
You must have a love of selling and thrive on achieving assigned revenue and growth targets, and KPI's.
Own your pipeline and end-to-end sales cycle.
Be capable of prospecting for new clients and identifying areas for growth.
Prepare proposals and tenders and manage all client communication effectively.
Build lasting relationships to drive new lead opportunities.
2-3 years experience in a face-to-face BDM selling role.
Highly motivated "hunter" mentality with a willingness to generate your own leads
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Contract management and negotiation experience.
A positive, 'do whatever it takes' attitude when it comes generating sales and meeting targets.
A lover of all things coffee.
