Administrator - Subcontractor De-briefer

Lindsay Transport is one of the largest transporters of fresh produce and refrigerated freight in Australia and specialize in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centers. We operate a network of freight terminals with significant cold room facilities across Australia and employ a staff of approximately 1,300 workers.

This is a challenging and exciting career opportunity that will work within the Subcontractor Debriefing and Pallet team. This role is perfect for a hard-working individual who wants to start an exciting career in a fast-paced environment for a growing company  

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Receive and review subcontractor invoices
• Collate all paperwork relating to invoices and deliveries
• Ensure all documentation received related to the invoice and freight
• Investigate any discrepancies with missing paperwork and pricing errors.
• Update freight bills with reference numbers and pallet information
• Use of company software to update freight bills
• Load confirmation requests to the subcontractor upon request
• Respond to any queries in a timely manner.
• Use of CHEP and Loscam systems.

The successful applicant will have;

• Previous experience in an office environment may be useful - full training will be provided
•  Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Computer proficient.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with customer service focus
• Drive, innovative thinking and a can-do attitude.
