Here at SA Homes & Acreage, we strive for outstanding achievements in both sales and property management.  With the advantage of one office located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, another on the edge of the Adelaide Hills in Williamstown and a third in Birdwood, SA Homes & Acreage have mindfully placed all offices in prime locations. 

 

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to work in a fast-paced and rewarding role as our new sales consultants. We are seeking those who have a minimum of 12 months of experience in this role, and must also hold a current sales license. We are also in search of any retired sales consultants looking to get their foot back into the industry. With the ability to work remotely, and having flexible working conditions, SA Homes & Acreage are open to agents around the whole of South Australia. 

 

The roll

You will be involved in the sales process including the following:

• Prospecting different areas
• Conducting appraisals and open homes
• Growing and maintaining a database
• Helping your vendors to prepare their property for sale
• Running the sales campaign process from start to finish
• Responding promptly to all incoming inquiries via email, text, call or walk-ins
• Keeping your valued clients for life

 

What you will need

• MUST already hold a current real estate license
• MINIMUM 12 months experience
• Currently hold a valid driver license and own a reliable vehicle
• Proven customer service and fantastic communication skills
• Have a desire to succeed and grow
