Part Time Administration Assistant (Maternity Leave Cover)

Our small, progressive Dubbo Accounting Practice is seeking an Administration Assistant for block work to start immediately that we anticipate will finish on the 15th December 2021.  

This is a part-time position of around 3 days a week with the hours of 9am to 4pm, and the flexibility to cover full time hours for holiday relief if required.

 In this role you would be required to complete the following tasks:

  • General administrative duties
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Competent typing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential

Training in our Administration and Database software will be provided.
