About the role
Our client is looking for a bookkeeper to be part of their growing business based in Ballina, NSW.
This permanent part-time opportunity is for 15-20 hours per week worked over 4-5 days. The role works directly with the General Manager and Operations Coordinator. Day to day duties of the role include:
Arranging approvals for payments
Paying of accounts
Identifying, investigating and resolving payment issues
Ensuring all files are correctly coded and referenced

Skills & Experience
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent
2+ years bookkeeping experience (minimum)
Proficiency in Xero and MS Excel spreadsheets
Excellent technical skills and understanding of the accounting process
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders
Experience with Divi-pay app (preferred but not essential)
