Essendon BMW are seeking an experienced dealership professional to guide the service team and focus specifically on KPI measures, customer satisfaction and process. This newly created role will report directly to the Fixed Operations Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of the service department daily operations so you will have a minimum of 5 years of dealership experience and the ability to lead and guide a team to success. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark and establish a long term career with a supportive dealer group.
Skills and experience essential to succeed;
Demonstrated and recent (if not current) experience in a service manager or similar role.
In-depth understanding of dealership KPIs Including the ability to interpret and identify areas of improvement. Pentana (ERA Power) experience an advantage.
The ability to create and maintain a collaborative working environment and inspire the team to succeed.
High-level communication and time management skills with a focus on continuous improvement within the department.
Prestige dealership experience preferred but not essential.
