About the Role

This role reports to the Finance General Manager and ensures the successful co-ordination of all day-to-day operational tasks associated within the Fleet portfolio.

Specifically, this role has accountability for ensuring the fleet is managed in accordance with our Motor Vehicle Policy. This will include but not limited to the interaction with our preferred vehicle leasing company, vehicle procurement & return coordination & Insurance claim and infringement management.

To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:

  • Certificate IV or other qualification relevant to the position
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role involving administration/fleet management or accounting work.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including internal/external clients & suppliers
  • Experience with Finance/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Commercial-minded with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize workload under minimal supervision, and refer or escalate issues as required.
  • Ability to perform monthly analysis to ensure the efficient performance of the fleet
  • Enthusiasm & a willingness to learn
  • Integrity and reliability with respect to confidential information
  • Drivers Licence
  • Ability to provide ad hoc duties within the finance team as required.
  • Possess or ability to gain a Working with Children Check, Police Check & NDIS Worker Check
