Your New Role
This is a new position with the opportunity to work closely with the founders, board and management.
Your will be responsible for the accounting operations of the group including but not limited to financial reporting, management reports, business analytics, ATO requirements and collaborating with Practice Managers. You will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team with a passion for the industry.
Core functions will include:
Financial administration and payroll
Responsibility for financial and management reporting
Cash flow management
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Internal controls and governance
Skills and Experience
Three to five years experience in similar role, or public practice experience seeking move into corporate. Direct or indirect experience with the health sector is valued.
Tertiary qualifications in accounting
Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
Strong communication skills, collaborative approach
Passion for technology and learning new systems at a fast pace
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Critical analysis thinking
Advanced Excel skills
