Carlisle is a consolidator in the diagnostic imaging sector in Australia that aims to enhance imaging services by introducing value-based measures focused on patient-centered care, whilst targeting strong investor returns. 

The Carlisle Health Group (CHG) was conceptualised in 2017 and formally founded in 2018 with the objective of creating a unique model in the Australian radiology marketplace and merging the corporate mindset with doctors values. CHG is on a growth trajectory, delivering a new and ambitious design across Australias Radiology landscape. Currently, we hold 100% equity positions in several radiology practices situated in city and country locations, all with material co-investment in CHG by the vendor radiologists. There are more acquisitions in the pipeline.. 

Your New Role

This is a new position with the opportunity to work closely with the founders, board and management.

Your will be responsible for the accounting operations of the group including but not limited to financial reporting, management reports, business analytics, ATO requirements and collaborating with Practice Managers. You will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team with a passion for the industry.

Core functions will include:

• Financial administration and payroll
• Responsibility for financial and management reporting
• Cash flow management
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Internal controls and governance
• Commercial analysis
• Process improvement

Skills and Experience

• Three to five years experience in similar role, or public practice experience seeking move into corporate. Direct or indirect experience with the health sector is valued.
• CA/CPA/IPA
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting
• Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
• Strong communication skills, collaborative approach
• Passion for technology and learning new systems at a fast pace
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Critical analysis thinking
• Advanced Excel skills
