Office Administration

Cooltech is seeking an enthusiastic office administrator to join our team!

This position will begin part time leading to a full time position, Monday to Friday.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers - via phone, email and in person
  • Customer Service
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Use Microsoft Office (Intermediate Advanced skills required)
  • General office duties

Skills and Experience

  • A positive attitude
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High level computer literacy skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
