Cooltech is seeking an enthusiastic office administrator to join our team!
This position will begin part time leading to a full time position, Monday to Friday.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers - via phone, email and in person
- Customer Service
- Accounts Receivable
- Use Microsoft Office (Intermediate Advanced skills required)
- General office duties
Skills and Experience
- A positive attitude
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong customer focus, professionalism and attention to detail
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High level computer literacy skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
