Stores Co-ordinator - Position Description

An opportunity has become available for a suitably experienced Stores Co-ordinator to join our team. The position is full time and ongoing after a 6 month probation period. We are seeking an all-rounder who has a can-do attitude and takes pride in their work.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/knowledge;

  • Significate experience in a Store or Warehouse role in manufacturing environment is essential
  • Strong computer skills; MYOB & Excel knowledge an advantage
  • Stocktake & inventory management
  • Supplier management experience
  • Stores coordination experience
  • Arranging freight and transport of goods
  • Forklift license
  • Truck license an advantage

Purchasing Activities 

  • Workshop Ordering (Myob)
    • Consumables, Inventory & stock ordering 

Stores Activities

  • Order Management (Delivery Dates received in a timely manner)
  • Stores Management and on time follow up of Pos
  • Inwards and Outwards Freight
  • Stocktake and Stock Levels Management
