This is a new, full-time ongoing position to commence as soon as possible. The primary role of the Project Manager (Facilities) is to work with the Chief Operating Officer to coordinate and manage the Schools contractors, capital works and refurbishment projects.
The Project Manager (Facilities) will be required to coordinate and manage a varied range of projects and ensure effective contract management and oversight.
The Project Manager (Facilities) operates with a high level of autonomy and is expected to display significant initiative, sound judgement, reliable leadership and management to successfully carrying out the requirements of the position.
It will be an advantage if you can demonstrate:
Proven facilities management experience, preferably within an educational, property or commercial facilities management environment
Experience in the supervision of building works, construction, contractor management, and contract preparation/administration
