About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer Administration Officer to work within our Business Performance Unit based in Glen Waverley, supporting our services in the East.

  • Working with a range of employees and customers to provide general administration support
  • Receptionist duties using inclusive and welcoming language, talking to a range of people, from children, family, government bodies, general managers and people with a disability.
  • Assist with specific projects and administration support around Divisional incentives to improve our services, supports and process
  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to support the frontline to provide services to our customers.
  • A valued member of the team that looks for simple and efficient ways of performing their role, making it their own and working with other departments to seek and understand new ways of doing things.

About You

  • A passion to work for an organisation that strives for continuous improvement to make a difference to the lives of the people we support
  • Enjoy working within administration and are looking to make the job your own
  • Experience in providing administration support and working with client management
  • A high level of communication skills with a range of individuals
  • A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
  • Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights
