Since 2010 RevMax has assisted Recruitment companies to maximise revenue through accessing available government schemes offered to businesses such as Training and Apprenticeships, Job Active and other incentives and government funded schemes.
Deal direct with Jobactive providers and RevMax clients no candidate contact.
Manage and maintain up to date and accurate client data
Liaise with various departments to ensure all relevant documents are in order
Build rapport with Jobactive providers and RevMax clients to ensure a smooth process
Work with Registered training organisations, working out suitable courses for staff to undertake.
Who were looking for:
Demonstrated ability to organise and use your strong problem solving skills.
Sound computer and literacy skills
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with Jobactive providers and external client account management.
Experience in employment services / Recruitment or Job services Australia is highly regarded.
Previous experience in working with customer service / target driven environment.
Previous experience in dealing with difficult customers and good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
