Parts Interpreter

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, is a leading distributor of Capital Equipment with operations nationally, distributing recognised brands in the Construction, Material Handling and Agricultural industries.

 

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Spare Parts Interpreter to join the Clark Equipment Customer Service team in the Central Parts Division at Hornsby.

 

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Counter & telephone sales, and e-commerce across the product range
• Assisting with parts interpretation on branch and dealer enquiries
• General administration, customer support and housekeeping.
• Assisting with order processing and warehouse stock audits

 

 

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Experience in machinery or automotive spare parts interpreting, sales and customer service
• Knowledge of machinery used in the Construction, Material Handling and / or  Agricultural industries
• Computer literacy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.

 

Experience in a similar position or within the industry is desirable, but not essential.

A can-do attitude and experience within a sales environment is preferred.
