With a proud 40-year history, the City Motor Group Adelaide (previously City Holden) is entering an exciting new phase of expansion and development with the latest acquisition of three new brands, Kia, LDV, and most recently the GMSV brand.  In 2020 the company relocated their Head Office and Sales operation to a brand new, purpose built, state-of-the-art facility and showroom.  CMG Adelaide is a privately owned family business which values it culture and the way its employees work together, and is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and service. 

About the role:

Whilst Aftermarket sales experience will be advantageous, we are ideally seeking a professional, customer service orientated individual with a winning attitude, to complement the existing team and share the companys philosophy of commitment to success through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build effective relationships with Customers, Sales Consultants and Business Managers;
  • Meet, greet and welcome customers to the dealership;
  • Presenting a range of premium aftermarket and warranty products to customers;
  • Follow up application/installation has been fitted to vehicle in accordance with sales order;
  • Manage all associated paperwork and administrative tasks;
  • Attend regular training re new products;

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales and/or customer service;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professional presentation with an energetic and charismatic approach;
  • A discipline for process and procedure, including a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service
