About the role
Working within the Logistics Branch, the Logistics Analyst role will be responsible for providing data analytics and research support for key logistics projects, policies and incentives that contribute to port landside logistics and supply chain efficiency while mitigating community amenity impacts.
The Logistics Analyst will identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement and contribute to Fremantle Ports’ understanding of supply chain processes. In addition, this role is expected to liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address operational issues by providing timely and accurate advice, information and data.
As the Logistic Analyst you will contribute to the achievement of branch goals and provide project support to ensure successful delivery on a range of initiatives.
Fremantle Ports Logistics Branch is dynamic, future focused and innovative, as such we are seeking candidates who have this mindset and can add further value to our team! You will possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience in a similar role.
You will have strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to undertake benchmarking and research. You will be able to develop, manage and implement small scale projects, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to work cooperatively with others at all levels to successfully deliver business outcomes.
