Due to growth in our Melbourne depot we are currently looking for a hands-on, confident and competent Receptionist to join our team where all training is provided in house.
Reporting to the Depot Manager in this busy Receptionist position, your exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask will be put to the test daily as you manage enquiries as they come through the depot. Your customer service skills will be needed as you liaise with customers, drivers, depot managers and all Land Transport staff.
You will bring to this role:
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience with data entry desirable
Exceptional organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail would be beneficial
Previous experience in the Transport industry will be an advantage
Courteous telephone manner

Your hours of work will be 38 hours per week working within Land Transports operating hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with some overtime as required.
