Plant Manager

The Company

My client is an established Tier 2 Civil company who specialises in Major Excavation, Demolition, Piling and Foundations. They operate in multiple sectors of the industry such as Urban, Industrial and Government.

The Position

• Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production
• Create and maintain a production schedule
• Use methods to reduce production costs
• Implement strategies to maximize production.
• Managing the day-to-day operations
• Managing a fleet of trucks and crane equipment
• Document control of all QA documents / files / ITP / test results / delivery dockets and compiling

Skills and Experience

• Ideally degree qualified but not essential
• Demonstrated track record as a Plant Manager with a Civil Company
• HR License required and relevant tickets
• Basic computer literacy
• Solid communication skills
