The Company

Our client specialises in providing quality commercial landscaping and building refurbishment services and due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and reliable Administration Assistant to join the team.

The Role

This newly created role offers a great variety of tasks and exposure to many different aspects of the business.  Working within a friendly and supportive team, your days will be busy providing general administration and office support duties across Human Resources, Accounts, Sales and Operations. 

What are we looking for

  • Entry level understanding of Administrative functions
  • Sound computer aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Professional presentation and phone manner
  • Takes pride in completing tasks on time with high accuracy
  • A great communicator who enjoys working in a team
  • Helpful by nature
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Integrity and willingness to follow through on commitments

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in or currently undertaking tertiary study in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
