Hildasid Farm has a full-time opportunity for a Farm Coordinator to join our team. The Farm Coordinator role will generally work for thirty-eight (38) hours per week. At times hours may need to be flexible and include some weekend work.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Hildasid Farm Team and various other stakeholders, to:

  • Coordinate and implement a wide range of projects by taking a hands on approach.
  • Implement the farm Community Plan by developing new aspects of the farm consistent with Kurrajong’s vision.
  • Identify activities which will involve farm hands with disability to contribute to the farm and work with Kurrajong staff to achieve this.

Kurrajong is a voluntary charitable organisation offering a broad range of services to babies, children, young people and adults with disabilities (aged 0-65) and their families.  Kurrajong is registered as a provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services and supports.
Hildasid Farm is a Kurrajong initiative for the community. The purpose of Hildasid Farm is to facilitate and support opportunities for community engagement and encourage people regardless of culture, age, ability or need to come together as an inclusive community.
