The role offered is FIFO rotation work where you will receive a minimum of 60 hours per week working on various client sites around Karratha. The company will provide all flights, transport and accommodation from your airport of origin. After three rotations the company will provide you with the opportunity to either relocate to Karratha with your family, if desired, or potentially continue with the FIFO rotation work.
You will work a minimum of 60 hours per week working on various client sites around Karratha and some mine sites.
To be considered for the roles available you must have the following qualifications & experience:
Trade certificate in Fabrication (ARTC equivalent)
Ability to read and work from drawings
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, with LABDAS and random screenings
Please note you may be required to complete a weld test if you are a boilermaker.
Highly desirable qualifications:
Minimum 1 year mining / site experience preferred
High Risk Work License (HRWL)
Either a Confined Space or Working at Heights (EWP)
Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
Fire Attack Training
Rio Tinto Lock Holder current
Rio Tinto Iron Ore Essentials current
