HR Products is Australia's largest wholesale and manufacturing supplier of irrigation, with offices in every major city, we supply commercial resellers, retail irrigation, hardware, plumbing and rural stores.
As a member of the SA Customer Service team based in Royal Park, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Invoice generation and order processing
Answering phone calls and directing call traffic
Inputting data and backing up external reps
Assisting with debtors and customer follow ups
Generation and analysis of reports in Phocas
Plus other duties as specified in the position description.

Proven above average customer service skills
Fastidious attention to detail and positive can do attitude
Experience with QAD and Phocas an advantage
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
Good Analytical skills
