About the Role
Working within the Information Technology Branch, the Records Management Officer will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective customer orientated Records Management service for Fremantle Ports staff. The role will be responsible for providing support in maintaining the integrity and day to day operations of the Electronic Records and Document Management system, MicroFocus Content Manager.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team and independently (where necessary) to achieve deadlines. You will have experience working cooperatively with others at all levels to successfully deliver business outcomes.
You will have experience using an Electronic Document and Records Management System, preferably Micro Focus Content Manager. You will have a sound understanding and knowledge of Records and Information Management policies, procedures, and standards.
You will have the ability to exercise good judgement in managing confidential and sensitive and matters appropriately.
This role is a 2 Year Maximum-Term appointment, with the possibility of extending. Located in Fremantle and Kwinana surrounded by ocean views, where we offer attractive employee benefits, flexible working arrangements, a health and wellness program and free onsite parking.
