We are undertaking an incredibly exciting period of growth and expansion, and we are looking for a Recruitment Officer / P&C Support to join our experienced and friendly People and Culture Team! This role is a 6 month maximum term contract to assist us during a very busy growth period.
The role will provide end-to-end coordination and support of the recruitment lifecycle, mainly in the areas of Product and Technology - so we are looking for someone that has a tech savvy brain! The role will also provide HR generalist and administrative support to the Managers of People and Culture - both in Melbourne and Perth.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience in recruitment practices, preferably within a growing international company
- At least 2 years' experience in a HR administrative or generalist role providing support to multiple managers
- Experience in a software or technology-based firm is strongly desirable
- Experience working with a HRIS, specifically within the ATS and Onboarding functions
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of a business
- Above average Microsoft Office 365 skills.
