Cheap Bills is an online comparison website whose headquarters are based in Melbourne CBD. We have been in operation for over ten years. Our motto is: Helping Australians save. We are on a mission to find the cheapest deals for Australians so they can save big on their bills. We partner up with a wide range of providers: Electricity and Gas, Internet, Pay TV and Home loans. 

We are currently in a growth phase and looking to expand our operations. We are looking for an energetic, go-getter and positive minded individual to be our recruiting specialist. This is a totally brand-new created role, so you have ample room to make it your own.

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will deliver the best possible resources and results for the company. You will be naturally adept at identifying the traits and behaviours that make up a successful recruitment policy.  Through your collaboration you will enjoy building relationships with our sales leaders to guide them into making the right hiring decisions. 

Cheap Bills has set high growth targets for the next two years. This role will be well suited to an experienced individual in recruitment & training. You will be responsible for creating a result-oriented environment to ensure the company growth through development and improvement. You will be working directly with the key stakeholders and sales managers.

What Youll Need:

• 2 + years of recruitment experience
• Experience in a fast-paced & result-driven environment
• Exposure to all recruitment platforms including Seek, Indeed, CareerOne, etc
• Experience working in a sales organisation or similar industry with a results focused mindset
• Ability to work autonomously whilst managing various stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven planning and prioritisation skills
• Effective consulting and collaboration skills
• Experience in training and development
