Located in the Inner East in great offices, and housing a fantastic team, we are looking for the right candidate to bring their flare for new business and client centric, relationship focussed approach to align with the core values and trajectory of this business.
Stepping into a role in which you will take on some existing clients, you will also be able to leverage from excellent referral sources and leads to grow this book, and complement this further by new business generated through your own network and centres of influence.
This role will be suited to a financial advisor who enjoys providing tailored high end advice to clients but also enjoys the incentive and satisfaction around sales and bringing in new business.
You will supported by a highly proficient and professional in-house support team within a business that offers a cohesive and collaborative environment and exceptional culture, including flexible work arrangements. To be successful, the right candidate will need to demonstrate:
Meet the appropriate FASEA requirements
Experience in providing financial advice at a senior level across insurance, superannuation, SMSFs and aged care.
Experience in advising to HNW clients
Exceptional relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
Sales/New Business drive a must
Proven track record in achieving set targets/goals
Ability to work independently as well as within a team oriented culture
Some mortgage broking experience/knowledge would be favoured to complement the new mortgage division.
