Project Coordinator

Reporting into our Operations Manager the Project Coordinator will work with our project team from RFQ to project execution including scoping of works on site, compiling tender documentation and pricing schedule through to successful award and lead of project execution and delivery.

Core duties will include:

  • Read & understand scope of work, specifications, work plans and drawings.
  • Attend site to scope out works.
  • Prepare and compile tender submissions, including commercial and technical clarifications.
  • Prepare and maintain MS Project Schedules, working to tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all client representatives.
  • Execute technical queries to all clients as and when required.
  • This role requires working from remote sites throughout the Pilbara as and hen required to ensure seamless delivery across projects.  Estimated time on sit  ill be 50:50 subject to operational requirements.


  • Mechanical Engineer
  • Demonstrable experience with on site project works
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills to meet strict project deadlines
  • Self-starter and can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Understanding of engineering/fabrication/maintenance relevant to the mining and resources industry
  • Ability to read and clearly interpret detailed scope of works and design & fabrication drawings
