Office Administrator

Opportunity in growing role.

Unique Residence is mid/high end Residential Construction team with a credible reputation of delivering projects with a high standard of quality.

We are seeking a casual office administrator to join our growing team. This well organised and adaptable individual will work collaboratively with our management team on a variety of tasks.


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Invoicing, purchase orders & payments.
  • Send/Follow up Supplier quotes for projects.
  • General office & admin duties.


Skills and experience required

  • Great phone manor/customer service skills
  • Great attitude and people skills is a must
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be able to complete tasks efficiently
  • Attitude to learn BuildXact/Xero programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel / office


This role is 1 Day per week with view to increase to 2-3 this year.

With ability to work from home with a flexible work arrangement.
