St John has been delivering first aid and community medical support services to the NSW community for over 130 years. The scope of these services has grown to include:
First aid training, including specialist courses for mental health, high risk work sites, workplaces, and free first aid training to primary school children
Event health services, keeping people safe at events right across NSW, ranging from small local gatherings to large scale events
Equipping individuals, families and workplaces with high quality first aid products and services
Working alongside emergency services organisations in times of need and disasters
Workplace health services such as contracted paramedic services and temperature testing
About the Role
Reporting into the Business Development Lead, this role is an integral part in fulfilling the relevant orders for customers and accurately completing invoices in a timely manner to support St John NSW in the delivery of quality products. The BDM Team Coordinator will work within a broad range of industries. As a Not-for-Profit organisation, we are able to offer salary packaging.
The role is a full-time position working across Monday to Friday.
Processing of orders within the agreed timeframes of the customer requirements
Supporting the BDMs and Retail manager in providing accurate ordering and invoicing
Process cash payments prior to delivery via credit card or EFT payments
Liaise with internal and external customers to provide a safe and timely service delivery e.g. Australia Post, Courier companies and other delivery providers where required.
Create accounts for new clients and manager existing customer accounts
Setting up price books in salesforce
Assist with database management and processing
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support, logistics or customer service roles
Be customer focused
The ability to work collaboratively together in a team
Clear communication skills both written and verbal
Be organised, have great time management skills and attention to detail
Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
