The offered role will require the successful applicant to maintain strong relationships with our clients, process reports and claims, delegate work to field technicians and meet company KPI's. 

To be a suitable candidate for this role, you will require customer service skills, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, be able to work well within an office team and bring forth a positive and motivated attitude. 


Skills required: 

  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service, ability to answer phone calls confidently and respond to client correspondence
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to time-manage, organise and 
    prioritise
  • Competent computer skills that can be further developed on the job
  • Passion to learn while on the job and gain industry knowledge


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating invoices, quotes and reports
  • Answering and directing incoming calls & customer enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and communicating updates on work orders
  • Updating data and communicating performance to management
  • Processing documents to accompany invoices
  • Providing support to our admin team to maintain business goals and KPI's
