Your responsibilities will include:
Generating invoices, quotes and reports
Answering and directing incoming calls & customer enquiries
Liaising with clients and communicating updates on work orders
Updating data and communicating performance to management
Processing documents to accompany invoices
Providing support to our admin team to maintain business goals and KPI's
