eCommerce Manager

Established in 2006 Kikoi is a family owned company based in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Our businesses, and the people who work within them, are characterised by their willingness to set off on new adventures, embracing the journey and being somewhat whimsical of the destination.   

Recent growth and a shift to greater online presence has provided the need to expand our team to include an eCommerce Manager.

 

The Role

As eCommerce Manager for Kikoi you will have the opportunity to make a considerable online impact across a variety of business sectors. Your goal will be to bring the Kikoi digital footprint to life by:

  • Providing recommendations, and executing on, potential digital opportunities that are to meet the digital objectives of each business
  • Executing product uploads, visual merchandising and website categorisation to drive sales and conversion rate growth
  • Publishing new content to the multiple sites in the form blogs (provided by others) and promotional banners
  • Managing accurate product information, pricing and imagery 
  • Monitor sites for operational issues, driving positive customer experience and optimising the online customer journey
  • Regularly reviewing all sites to ensure content is reflective of overall business objectives
  • Providing analysis of website behaviour, product and content performance, and providing recommendations based on such data
  • Liaising with colleagues in each business to ensure website content ties in with planned social media activity
  • Managing email campaigns including writing creative briefs, planning and collaborating with colleagues and management to execute
  • Generating and distributing email campaign and website performance reports to the wider business

 

 Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in an ecommerce role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining multiple eCommerce websites
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Experience with Shopify & WooCommerce is a benefit
  • Experience with inventory / stock control would be highly regarded
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
  • Highly organised with keen eye for detail 
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously
