We are looking for a Full Time Operations Administrator

The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications and Skills on Demand 

• General office administration duties
• Provide admin support to Management
• Accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliation
• Experience in MYOB accounting entries 
• Staff inductions and new employment documents
• Ability to Review, Compile and enter documents/reports for accreditations, audits and compliance. 
• Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
• Data entry Competent with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Collaborative team player
• Possess fantastic organisational skills and a can-do attitude
• Have fantastic communication skill
