The company requires an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team based in Tyabb.
About the position:
Reporting to our Accounts, Office & Certification Manager, this role will include processing of sales orders, invoices, and payments in NetSuite. Some administration/customer service tasks are also be included.
The work involves regular contact via email with our international training partners and external customers, including people of various nationalities, and therefore requires sensitivity and understanding of their cultural differences and priorities.
The job is casual, 5 days/week for approximately 15-25 hours/week from our Tyabb office, with the hours varying depending on the workload. For the right candidate, there is potential for the hours to increase to 25-35 hours/week in the future.
