Our client, bio.inspecta Pty Ltd, is the leading certification specialist in the Fisheries and Aquaculture Industries in Australia.
This is a newly created Office and Administration Support role, reporting to the Administration and Quality Systems Manager. You will be responsible for everything administration - CRM, records and database management, financial administration, calendar, diary and travel management, small office management and assistance with project administration as required. The ideal candidate is an energetic, highly organised team player who has the experience or desire to review, create and implement efficient and scalable administration processes in anticipation of growth.
What you bring:
Friendly, fun, organised, flexible and adaptable approach
Attention to detail and time management skills
Collaboration skills, but also the maturity and ability to work autonomously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience using databases (Access, e-Cert) and secure file sharing and collaboration systems (Sharepoint, OneDrive, Citrix) and project management software (preferred but not essential)
