TRUCK DRIVER -Frontlift Waste Truck (Full-time)

FOOTT Waste Solutions is a leading Waste and Recycling Company in Northern Victoria who is seeking a FRONTLIFT VEHICLE TRUCK DRIVER

1. characteristics required to perform job:

• Apply time management skills
• Exercise initiative
• Work in a team environment
• Plan, prioritize and enact a work schedule using IPAD technology
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
•  Exercise excellent communication skills with customers and other staff

2. Qualifications

The follow requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required to perform in this role:

• Current Heavy Vehicle License (HC/HR)
• Experience in driving heavy vehicles
• Current Police Check & Working with Children Check

3.  Key Tasks:

FRONTLIFT TRUCK - Key tasks include pre-start reporting, prioritizing work day, empty bins as per schedule, liaise with fleet manager regarding daily operational issues. Maintain vehicle cleanliness. Maintain a sound, professional and courteous public image. 

4.    Hours of Work:

The position is full time with regular paid overtime forming part of the role. Normal workdays are Monday-Friday with some weekend/public holiday work on a shared roster.  Availability for overtime work is part of this job requirement.   We are an equal opportunity employer
