About the role:

  • This is a full time role based in our office in the Brisbane CBD
  • Support two Professional Matchmakers who will show you the ropes
  • Gain valuable insights by working directly with the owner of Ideal Introductions
  • Use your organisational skills to schedule professional photoshoots and styling sessions for new Matchmaker clients
  • Bring your creativity to the table and create and send promotional emails and texts from Vision 6 software
  • Your approachable demeanour will come in handy when you interact with our clients either face-to-face, email and via phone
  • Captivate our readers by producing and posting compelling blog and social media content
  • Required hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm
  • There is flexibility to finish at 1pm every second Thursday depending on hours worked
  • Work from home opportunity for the right candidate: Once you complete our comprehensive training and are fully competent with this role, you will be entrusted to work from home one day a week. We anticipate this to be after 3-6 months of employment

What we need:

We are looking for someone who is confident, forward thinking, well presented, approachable, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent computer skills. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, is willing to learn, able to multitask and most importantly has good time management skills. Due to the nature of our business we understand previous experience within this field is rare so full training with ongoing support will be provided in regards to our Matchmaking process and also the feedback service we provide to our clients.  


To be ideal for this position you must have the following key skills and experience:

  • General Administration duties: Answering phone calls, emails, etc
  • Greeting and interacting with clients
  • Data Entry
  • Diary Management
  • Database Management
  • Office voicemail management
  • Update website content when required
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Process membership payments
  • Posting content on social media


  • Knowledge of Vision 6 software
  • Ability to start immediately
