Junior Receptionist

Ray Wehbe Real Estate Parramatta is looking for a junior receptionist. The suitable candidate would ideally be customer service focused, work well with others, have a can do attitude and an interest to learn.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Answering the phone and responding to enquiries
• Meeting and greeting clients as the first point of contact
• Administration support to the Sales & Property Management Teams

You must have:

• Good time management
• Excellent presentation, communication & organisational skills
• Ability to work well with others

This is a full time position and the suitable candidate is required to work Saturday with a day off during the week.
