Showroom consultant / representative

Alexandria Tiles is a high end architectural designer flooring showroom. Specialising in European tiles, Terrazzo, Timber and Stone.

We have an exciting position available for a experienced Showroom consultant - Architectural representative who has the ability in selling and developing ongoing relationships with our clients, Architects and Designers.

 

This position is much more than just a sales role; offering design advice and product information to a large portfolio of clients

        *Previous experience necessary*

 

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets
• Exceptional customer service standards and ability to build long lasting customer relationships
• Passion for customer service excellence
• Enjoy working in a small team and ability to work independently
• Passion and knowledge of design is desirable
• Design qualification will be highly regarded
• Willingness to work Saturdays

The position involves:

• Showroom Sales and administration.
• Calling on Architects and Designers.
• Customer Service & Quoting.
• Product Promotion.
• Meeting sales targets
• Showing presentation overall cleanliness

Assisting Architects, designers and customers with design concepts and selections.

• Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
• Previous experience necessary
