ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

Jeff Wignall Ford and Kia now have a great opportunity for a bubbly and outgoing frontline receptionist to join our energetic Mornington dealership.

 

Skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proactive, punctual, and reliable
• Organized, high attention to detail, confident

Duties will also include:

• Meet and Greet to walk-in customer. 
• Answer all incoming phone calls. 
• All VicRoads registration, both online and Manual 
• Harrier warranty data input
• Showroom cleanness Maintenance
