UX Lead

Lead role - 70% design / 20% research / 10% XD split, Work for a global consultancy on-site at a prominent telco, Currently 2 days in office / 3 days WFH.

As UX Lead, you will work for a well-respected global consultancy working on-site at a prominent telco leading the design practice (run workshops, deliver design artefacts, etc) & supporting research and XD practices.

This role is currently a hybrid work environment with 2 days per week in office in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as UX Lead in a role breakdown that is 70% design, 20% research and 10% contributing to the XD practice and assets (e.g. design system)
• Lead workshops with various project stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver UX design artefacts for delivery teams
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and acceptance of design artefacts ahead of sprints
• Identify areas requiring business/user validation
• Conduct user testing
• Support in the discovery co-design and research activities

Selection Criteria:

• Previous UX experience in a senior or lead role
• Demonstrated experience of working in roles with strong design focus
• Ability to design and deliver UX design artefacts for delivery teams
• A history of participating in UX discovery and research activities
• UI experience a plus
