Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Clerk



A fantastic opportunity exists to join this local fishing company. We offer great working conditions and the opportunity to be member of this small finance and administration team.

This full time position requires a self-motivated, mature minded individual who is seeking a stable environment and one where you can utilise all your sound accounting experience. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager your primary responsibilities will include;

  1. Accounts Payable from input to payment, including reconciliation of accounts
  2. Preparing Payroll and maintaining employee records for up to 100 employees 
  3. Monthly reconciliation of Payroll, including super, taxation, Child Support etc
  4. General Office Duties including some HR, processing and general data base work.

To be successful it is essential the applicant has advanced payroll experience, along with a sound knowledge of accounts payable. Be proficient in use of MS word & excel, and enjoy working in a small and friendly team environment. This position involves the combination of account processing, reconciliation and analytical responsibilities.
